lexus.

my dad saw this ad the other day and we both thought it was very clever! i love how they created the words (plus lexus happens to be one of my favorite cars companies!)...i couldn't find any photos online, so you will have to deal with these quickly snapped photos...but i think the ad is great!

land carpet.

these are so unique! they are rugs from a series called 'land carpet' and they are topographic maps of different counties...made of carpet! i love how the heights vary depending on the "crop" the rugs are depicting...very cool!
in order from top to bottom are: europe (my fav!), africa, netherlands, and usa.

botanical bakery.

i realllllly like this package design for botanical bakery cookies. i like how fun and whimsical these are. i especially like how they created lips out of the leaves for the logo - very clever!
these were designed by david brier of dbd international and you can see more photos here.

the great outdoors.

i love the style of these photographs - they were all taken by maria, a photographer from sweden. my favorite part of these is the unique angles that she takes on the subjects - photographs with interesting perspectives are my favorite! plus i love the feeling of her style...i don't know how else to describe it!
