this design isn't actually originally mine. it is from a blog i read regularly: kwernerdesign.com. i thought the card was really cute, so i thought i would try it out and i am pretty happy with how it came out...i just need to work on my x-acto knife skills!

paper flowers.

i recently wrote about other paper flowers...but i found them used another way and i just love it. these would be so neat to use in a wedding...just look at the details of each flower...i can't imagine how long this took to make! check them out at their etsy shop!

my dad saw this ad the other day and we both thought it was very clever! i love how they created the words (plus lexus happens to be one of my favorite cars companies!)...i couldn't find any photos online, so you will have to deal with these quickly snapped photos...but i think the ad is great!

anniversary.

tomorrow is my parent's 30th wedding anniversary! woah thats a long time!! my brother and i decided to host a party for them today with some of their close friends and i of course made the invitations! i am very happy with how they came out, and happy that i can FINALLY share them with you - the party wasn't a surprise but they didn't know any of the details until today!
